Also I already chose a word for the year starting back in October, for my birthday. I pulled a tarot card (Judgment, this time), meditated on it, and came up with the word Worthy. And with this word I remind myself that I am worthy. Worthy of having free time!
You are right when it comes to January, it's a quietude month after the Christmas buzz.
